This major update refreshes the user experience (UX) in Xweather Protect, Xweather Optimize, and Xweather Observe to make weather intelligence easier to access, understand, and act on.
Our goal is to help you find important information quickly, reduce the time needed to complete common tasks, and support better decision-making in all conditions.
Highlights
Simplified navigation
The main navigation is now organized by task, with clear options for viewing maps, measurements, and adding new items. This makes it easier to find features without searching through menus.
More actionable alerts
Alerts and countdown timers are now shown in a dedicated panel with color indicating the severity. You can also easily access meteograms and historical lightning reports for your assets from this panel.
Improved map and measurement views
Map layers have been streamlined to show only the most relevant information that matters most for your operations. We refined each layer’s color theme, ensuring data stands out clearly and reducing misinterpretation in complex overlays.
Enhanced mobile experience
The updated mobile interface brings real-time alerts and map layers to users in the field. Asset lists, alert cards, and countdown timers are all available on mobile devices, supporting quick decisions during severe weather events.
What this means for you
These updates are designed to help you work more efficiently and confidently. Whether you are monitoring conditions in a control center or responding in the field, the new user experience provides the information you need, when you need it.
