Your data appears automatically once device registration is complete. If you're not seeing data, follow these steps:
Check device status
Confirm your device is activated. Inactive devices won't transmit data.
Verify your device is registered in your account.
Check that all the sensors connected to the device are listed as components with online status in Devices view. If not, check and restart the device.
Verify connection
Ensure your device has network connectivity.
New devices may take 15 minutes to start showing measurements after activation.
