Mobile version of the service is a Progressive Web App (PWA) designed to provide access to real-time severe weather intelligence directly from your mobile browser. Measurement alerts are available with the Xweather Protect Xcast Add-on option.
Accessing the Mobile Portal
The mobile portal is available via a dedicated URL.
We recommend bookmarking the URL and adding it to your mobile home screen for quick access.
The mobile portal uses the same login credentials as the desktop web portal.
Locations in mobile portal
Upon login, users are directed to the default locations page, which displays:
A list of all assets associated with your account
Any active alerts, shown prominently at the top
Expandable alert rows with countdown timers, if applicable

Tap the Map link to view the map.
The map displays:
Asset in the map
Alerts status
Alerts are shown as swipeable cards.
If multiple alerts are configured, swipe left/right to browse through them.
For asset with active alert card includes:
Alert type and severity
Countdown timer (if active)
A quick summary of affected assets
Severe weather map layers to select
Profile
Access your Profile from the preferences and logout.
All settings mirror those available in the web portal and are role-based, meaning visibility and access depend on your assigned user role.
Tips for Optimal Use
Add to Home Screen: Tap your browser’s share icon and select “Add to Home Screen” for app-like access.
Stay Logged In: Enable “Remember Me” for faster login during severe weather events.
Swipe to Explore: Use swipe gestures to navigate alert cards and quickly assess multiple conditions.
